On the North of the Bellarine Peninsula there is no opportunity provided for young people to do their Debutante Ball, but not only that, it can be quite a costly exercise. With that need in place, myself and a handful of others from a local church formed a committee to put on an affordable Drug & Alcohol Free | Debutante Ball.

11 young ladies made their debut at Parks Hall in Portarlington on the 28th of July, with their partners, dancing to the music from the sophisticated & suave 007 James Bond films. An elegant evening watched by 250 friends and family.
